Hovel Autogas obtained ISO 9001 : 2000 certification with its advanced design procedures and the management methods it applies in its production processes. This certification reinforces the consensus it has achieved in the sector, symbol and confirmation of its professional commitment.
Hovel products are checked at three points in the manufacturing process: incoming, production and outgoing. Incoming materials are subjected to two distinct types of selection and control: mechanical checks carried out using calibrated measuring instruments and electronic testing using multimeters and simulation oscilloscopes. During the first stage, the structures of the alloys are checked carefully to define the porosity characteristics and resistance to wear and this is followed by tests to check the functional and reliability characteristics. All the components assembled in production are scrupulously checked on automated lines where they are subjected to electrical and pressure testing before obtaining conformity status. The approval mark issued in accordance with international standards governing gas testing systems in terms of construction, safety and pollutant emissions is then impressed on every product. |
